IZONE is a fully Authorized Apple Service Provider. Our full time technicians are on hand to test and repair your computer in facilities that meet and exceed all the requirements of Apple in delivering support services.

On Site Support - Non Contract

We offer on-site support for machines bought at IZONE for individuals and businesses. This applies to both hardware and software issues. Our fully qualified Apple technicians are available to resolve your problems; we’re just a call away. IZONE offers an out of warranty diagnostic service on any Apple computer. For this service we diagnose the fault and if possible resolve the issue. Should your machine have a hardware fault we will quote you for the required parts & labour. Repairs are completed in-house.


Data Recovery

Even if your computer won’t start, it doesn’t mean you have lost all your data. We offer various levels of data recovery for MACs.


Home Installations

Buy any computer from IZONE and a qualified engineer will come to your home or place of business and install it, they will make sure it’s connected to your network  printer or backup drive. Call us for a quotation, prices will vary depending upon location.


Business Installations

Full Active Directory support can also be offered with implementation between Mac and PC server solutions including client systems. Call to discuss this with one of our consultant engineers. Our engineers are Apple certified, so your Mac is in good hands.

Maintenance Contracts
IZONE offers flexible Computer Maintenance Agreements, which include: Hardware Maintenance, Operating System Support, Network Support, (Network Operating System & Network Infrastructure Support), Backup Software Support, Antivirus Software Support & Application Software Support. The standard Maintenance Agreement specifies a maximum response time and provides on-site repair with all parts, labor and travel costs included.

On Site Support - Contract

Our fully qualified technicians will be available to visit your site to resolve any problems that cannot be fixed remotely. These technicians are available at short notice with a guaranteed response time of, 4 or 8 working hours depending on the service level agreements [SLA] for the equipment.
